WHO is a PLAYER™?
You can BE A PLAYER™. You can have a toy action figure of yourself!
WHAT is a PLAYER™?
A PLAYER™ is a mixed-media work of art represented as a toy action figure customized to your likeness and inserted into a tailor-made package adorned with your picture and/or information. I hand paint each toy and design each package whether the PLAYER™ is carded or in a cylinder. Each carded athlete PLAYER™ comes with a trading card of the athlete.
WHEN will I receive my PLAYER™?
Depending on your order, you may receive your PLAYER™ within twelve weeks from the date you place your order. Send me your order, and I will notify you of your expected arrival date. You are commissioning a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork. Each PLAYER™ takes me an average of sixty-five hours to complete. So please be patient. BE A PLAYER™!
WHERE are PLAYERS™ made?
I create each PLAYER™ in my hometown of Wheeling, West Virginia on the Ohio River in the Appalachian Mountains.

HISTORY of the PLAYER™
In 1995, ERIK TOYS, LLC founder Kristian E. White hand-painted a Starting Lineup® toy action figure manufactured by Kenner to the likeness of his younger brother, Nathan, in his high school football uniform. Displayed at Nathan’s graduation party, the PLAYER™ caught the eye of family and friends who asked how they too could become a PLAYER™. A couple of years later, Kristian began customizing the packaging for each PLAYER™. Over the years, Kristian created PLAYERS™ of high school, college and professional athletes, characters from movies and novels, and everyday people. In 2005, Kristian organized ERIK TOYS, LLC in order to start accepting commissions. To date, Kristian hand-paints each PLAYER™, designs the package for each PLAYER™, and gives new meaning to being a PLAYER™! The rest is history!
